விவி டைட்டானியத்திற்கு எதிராக மீண்டும் ஒரு வீடியோ தயாரிக்கிறது ஸ்டெர்லைட்

கடந்த மாதம் ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனத்தால் ஆபத்து இல்லை. விவி டைட்டானியம் நிறுவன கழிவால் தான் ஆபத்து. அவர்கள் ஓடையில் கழிவு விடுகிறார்கள். இதனால் நிலத்தடி நீர் கெட்டு விட்டது என்று சம்பூர்ண யோக்கியன் LMES ஒரு வீடியோவை  வெளியிட்டது. ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனம் இங்கிலாந்தில் இருந்து செலவு செய்த பணபலத்தால் அதனை வைரல் ஆக்கியது. ஆனால் உண்மையில் ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனத்தின் கழிவு தான் அங்கு வருகிறது. ஸ்டெர்லைட்டை ஒட்டி தான் ஓடை உள்ளது. விவி டைட்டானியம் நிறுவனத்தை ஒட்டி அல்ல என்பதை நான் முகநூலில் பதிந்தேன். புகைப்படமும் வெளியிட்டேன். மேலும் இந்த பகுதிகள் எல்லாம் ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனத்தால் கெட்டுப் போனவை என்பதை 2011-லேயே NEERI அறிக்கை செய்துள்ளதை உச்சநீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டு உள்ளதையும் வெளியிட்டேன்.

இயற்கையும் ஸ்டெர்லைட்டுக்கு எதிராக சதி செய்து அவர்கள் பூமிக்கு அடியில் பதித்து வைத்திருந்த சல்பரிக் ஆசிட் டாங்கில் இருந்து ஆசிட் கசிவதை மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் நேரடியாக ஆய்வு செய்து கண்டு பிடித்து அதனை அகற்றும் பணி நடந்து வருகிறது. தற்போது டீசல் முதல் பாஸ்பிரிக் ஆசிட் வரை அனைத்தும் கசிவதை கண்டுபடித்து அவையும் அகற்றப்பட்டு வருகிறது. எனவே இந்த பகுதியில் உள்ள சுமார் 30 கிலோ மீட்டர் சுற்றளவு பகுதி பாதி;க்கப்படுவதற்கு ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனமே காரணம் என்பதை ஓய்வு பெற்ற சுற்றுச்சூழல் துறை அதிகாரி விளக்கி கூறினார்.

மேற்கூறிய காரணங்களால் ஸ்டெர்லைட் எதிர் பார்த்தது போல் பழியை விவி டைட்டானியம் மீது போட்டு தப்ப முடியவில்லை. பழியை வேறு நிறுவனத்தின் மீது சாட்ட வில்லை என்றால் ஸ்டெர்லைட்டிற்கு நீதிமன்றத்திலும் அனுமதி வாங்குவது கடினம் என ஸ்டெர்லைட் சட்ட வல்லுனர்கள் கைவிரித்து விட்டதால் எப்படியாவது அருகில் உள்ள டைட்டானியம் நிறுவனம் மீது இந்த பழியை சாட்ட வேண்டும். அதற்கு இன்னொரு வீடியோ வெளியிடுங்கள் என்று LMES -க்கே ஐந்து கோடி ரூபாய்க்கு மீண்டும் ஒரு பிராஜக்ட் கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள். அவர்கள் தற்போது வீடியோ எடுத்து பொய் ஆவணங்களையும் தயாரித்து வருகிறார்கள். மேலும் விவி டைட்டானியத்திற்கு எதிராக அதிகாரிகள் மட்டத்தில் வெறுப்பை உருவாக்க பத்திரிக்கை செய்தி, புகார் மனு கொடுப்பதற்கு என்று சென்னையில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு பாதுகாப்பு இயக்கம் என்ற ஒரு நாகரீக கொள்ளையர்களை 50 லட்சம் ரூபாய் கொடுத்து ஸ்டெர்லைட் அமர்த்தி உள்ளது. இவர்கள் சென்னையில் இருந்து இரண்டு நபர்களை புகைப்படத்தோடு தூத்துக்குடிக்கு அனுப்பி அப்பகுதியில் இருந்து யாரையாவது புகார் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என கூறினார்கள். அதற்கு யாரும் ஒப்புக் கொள்ளாத நிலையில் புதுக்கோட்டையில் இருந்து அக்ரி பரமசிவன் என்ற ஒரு நபரை வைத்து கடந்த திங்கட்கிழமை மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் மனு கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள்.

ஸ்டெர்லைட் திட்டப்படி விவி டைட்டானியம் மீது பழியை மாற்றி விட்டு ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனத்தை திறக்க இன்னும் இரண்டு மாதங்கள் வரை ஆகி விடும் என்று ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவன உயர் அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறினார். பார்ப்போம்… தூத்துக்குடி மக்கள் ஜெயிக்கிறார்களா.. அல்லது ஸ்டெர்லைட் நிறுவனத்தின் கற்பூர புத்தியினரின் திட்டம் ஜெயிக்கிறதா…

தீர்வு பாலம் என்று ஒவ்வொரு வாரமும் அரசு துறைகளால் பொது மக்கள் எங்கெங்கு பாதிக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறார்களோ அவற்றை உடனடியாக அதிகாரிகளின் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு வந்து அந்த குறைகள் தீர்வதற்கு நடவடிக்கையும் மேற்கொண்டார்கள். இதனால் ஏராளமான ஊனமுற்றோர், நரிகுறவர் இனத்தினர் என பல்வேறு தரப்பினரும் பயன் அடைந்து உள்ளார்கள்.

தற்போதும் சேலத்தில் தண்டுவட பாதிப்புக்கு சிகிச்சை பெற வசதி இன்றி இரண்டு வருடமாக இருந்த ஒரு ஏழை சிறுவனுக்கு அன்பு பாலத்தின் மூலம் சிகிச்சை கொடுக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளார்கள்.

Can she deny any one of the facts given in the blog? If yes, is she ready to swear on a public place? For money and motive, she should not write false articles with baseless allegations. Now we have to think about the Wire. Part of the funds they received from Independent and Public Spirited Media Foundation. It is reflected in Wire. Now there is a question. Whether these all are bonafide transactions or the funds were routed in the Hawala type such as payment to media and get back a portion to avoid Income Tax ? This should be enquired by the Government as well as Income Tax department. Hence it is required to publish the details about the funded agency and the amount of fund received and the registration certificate of Income Tax etc., to be published by this media. Then only we can find out whether these transactions are bonafide or not?

Yes. She has written the story on behalf of rivals of V.V.Mineral, simply for the money and the motive she has against VVM.  One more information, she is very close to one Retd. DGP, who is also operating her to target Mr.S.Vaikundarajan and V.V.Mineral. The above details will be published very shortly.

She has spoken about Jallikattu on a public domain and social media, it is quite natural that that was a sensitive issue few weeks back and the entire world was supporting it.  Everyone saw the fundamental Tamil youths went a step head to target anyone opposing Jallikattu.  Just because someone criticised her on her views opposing Jallikattu, she is conveniently passing on the blame to VVM as well.  This is purely to gather sympathy among fellow crowd and to portray a negative image on VVM.   She is quite aware VVM has always taken the legal route for any issue.   How unethical she behaves?

She has told Nuclear weapon, monazite, One lakh crore etc., Can she ready to prove it?  Can she provide a slender piece of evidence to support this fancy story?

In fact, there is no possibility for export of monazite either legally or illegally. This has been confirmed by Department of Atomic Energy and Chairman of Atomic Energy Regulatory Board and she herself, saw all the documents during January 2015. But with ulterior motive, she has published the above said news. So when the affected party take legal action. Finally she will simply publish that “The error regretted”.

Is this fair journalism?  Is she a fair journalist.? If its not done for money, then what else do we believe? She mentioned about a raid and transfer of Tuticorin Collector. In fact, when transfer order issued Sandhya’s gang member Ashish kumar created a forgery document in the name of raid and prepare a letter to Chief Secretary and hand over the colour Xerox copy or original to his college gang member Sandhya which was published her on 27.1.2017. In fact, based on the complaint and after enquiry, Ashish Kumar was prosecuted.  It is mentioned in my previous posts. Ashish Kumar prepared one inspection report and get signature from subordinate officers which is given below.

        “As per Statement given by the petitioners, who are local residents, this illegal mining activity has been carried out by VV Mineral limited.”

        Only based on the above wordings, Ashish Kumar created the D.O. letter and hand over it to Sandhya. It is pertinent to point out here that, within four kilometer radius, there is no habitation or village. Moreover no petitioner has made complaint against either VV Mineral or other party. Hence VV Mineral approached under RTI to furnish the details about who were enquired, the name details and the statements etc., Since this was a created one, no one was ready to give it. Finally the case was reached Information Commission. When Information Commissioner enquired, the PIO admitted that, at the time of inspection, no enquiry made. By recording the same, the information commission directed to furnish details to the petitioner Mr.S.Vaikundarajan. That is why Sandhya’s Gang Member Ashish Kumar was prosecuted. To protect her gang member, she create story that, for send report Ashish Kumar was transferred. This is a tactic. She is a very good director to create a fantasy thriller story. 

In her Article on 30.1.17, she mentioned that, Mr.S.Vaikundarajan is a nice and polite man and she praised his character also in some way. Whereas, on 31.1.17, due to the pressure from her boss, she told that, the village people warned her “Be careful” and when she entered VV Mineral mining area, five people rush in car. Whether she get any permission to enter in the mine? Is it not a trespass? Whether the employees who are In charge for the mine should not ask her about her illegal trespassing? Even then also, she was not attacked or abused. Can any person enter her house without her permission claiming that some antisocial activities are planned by her? Is it permissible?

It is pertinent to note that she has not uttered a single word about FIR or complaint against in Ashish Kumar letter.  After all her objective is simply to support Daya Devadass, and create problems to his competitors. 

Again she speaks about the visit of Mr.S.Vaikundarajan’s brother house, cleverly this was also used against Mr.S.Vaikundarajan. Again and again, she refer as illegal mining. Where is that? What is the total quantity VV Mineral mined and paid royalty to government? What is the total quantity VV Mineral sold and exported? Where is the figure and proof. Merely writing by Sandhya after getting money is enough?

As told that, she is fit to create mythical story, she has claimed that four people surrounded the car.  But she didn’t say if they used any abusing words or attacked the car?  How wonderful her imagination works, this way she can claim even by-passers or common public or any employees walking near the road can be claimed they surrounded the car.  This again proves her ulterior motive.

Again she wrote about the 02.02.2015 story prepared for Dhayadevadas and finally publish clarification that,

“The story was based on a PIL filed by Victor Rajamanikkam  that had come up for hearing on Madras High Court and the figure of corruption of 1 lakh Crore was based on it and not independently verified us …..The error regretted”.

When she gets high remuneration to prepare the story, definitely the risk also high.  She get higher remuneration and she negotiate and collect by expecting the legal action also. So it is her duty to face the legal action.

Why don’t she reveal that, the MoEF officials report was handed over to her by her gang head Dhayadevadas by getting under RTI Act.

Now she again explain her husband’s connection with News 7 Channel.  But she slightly modified that, other people approach her husband. She told that there is no enemity or revenge.  Then what prevents her for not publishing the real facts and clarifications given by Mr.S.Vaikundarajan and the documents given by him. Why she  project the story only against Mr.S.Vaikundarajan?  

When IRE Ltd is having 3274 Hect mining lease in India and VV Mineral and Transworld having  only 365 Hect leases area and her boss Dhayadevadas company Indian Garnet Sand company having 399 Hect and Trimax having 720 Hect mining lease area, who is monopoly? Does it not reflect the hidden intensions of Sandhya?

She mentioned that by referring her in the government report  she was personally attacked. Will it not applicable to Mr.S.Vaikundarajan?  Will he not be targeted after this false story? In fact that is the whole point for her. 

Now the cat is finally out of the bag. She admitted that, during January 2015, she contacted Vaikundarajan for a response to the allegation. Accordingly, Mr.S.Vaikundarajan gave a detailed reply and the interview went on very smoothly. Let her produce the questions and reply between them which she sent by mail. Let her reproduce the mail which questions she asked with him and what reply received from him? This will establish her motive and enemity.

She mentioned Mr.S.Vaikundarajan’s mail to her during August 2016. The following words in his mail alone will establish that Sandhya is a paid news reporter.

        “In the previous occasion also you an asked some clarification from me, which were answered and we showed you all the documents and handed over copy of all the relevant documents. But the article did not cover any of our explanation, it was purely biased and one sided and focused only on a bogus PIL. The clarification asked by you and replies given by me are not reflected in any your previous article, even though you recorded the whole audio. All this only makes me believe you may be biased and are supporting our competitors Mr.Dhayadevadas and Victor Rajamanikkam”.

        Will it not establish her character that she will create story as one sided even other party gave any reply.?

        In this four part also, she did not refer any clarification given by Mr.S.Vaikundarajan which she got even January 2015 from him. Will it not establish that, she is a paid reporter.?

Now again I challenge.

Is Sandhya ready to swear on her father or on her child that the above mentioned documents and explanations were not seen by Sandhya and her husband in their office in the presence of Mr.Vaikundarajan and Venkatesh during January 2015?  Is  Sandhya ready to swear that, she do not know about the above said facts and she did not collect copies from Mr.S.Vaikundarajan?.

Is it right to publish one sided stories without getting the other parties reply?

Even reply send by mail by the association people, it is not published. Will it not established that, this press also part and partial of the gang and to usurp the public fund from various forums, this type of one sided stories are published.  Is it not the duty of every citizen to enquire about the media and the funding agency who supply the fund and the background about them? Whether the fund supplied after payment of proper Income Tax or supplied to escape from the Income Tax.

Dear all, those who praise Sandhya, please ask her to swear in your presence denying all my above clarification. Please ask wire also to publish the funds received from various funding agencies.

Also please ask government agencies to enquire and to ensure whether the funding agencies supply the fund after payment of Income Tax or they use it as Hawala route and thereby create negative opinion against Indian industries to help foreign companies. Is it not necessary that a CBI enquiry is mandatory to find out the amount involved in the transaction of Independent and Public Spirited Media Foundation and Wire and Sandhya and other peoples.

Fact about fake news Sandhya's Article on 30.01.2017 in Wire

On 29.01.2017, I have replied for the article published by Mrs. Sandhya in Tamil. Paid News Reporter Mrs. Sandhya never hesitate to throw shit on others, towards the kickbacks that she received. On 30.01.2017, Mrs. Sandhya published one more Irony article.

In this article Mrs. Sandhya coated sweet over the poison i.e., in the initial paragraphs of the article, she speaks about the Characteristics of Mr. S. Vaikundarajan. That too, she speaks about all good characters of Mr. Vaikundarajan. In the article she was mentioning, how Mr. Vaikundarajan changed the policy, through Mr. Appu Nadesan, MLA,. What is wrong?  Because of his efforts in Policy change, we earned few thousand crores of rupees, as revenue to our country by way of foreign exchange, in addition to generation of employment for few thousand peoples, otherwise, those minerals would have been wasted & may be revenue to other countries. On Sandhya's point of view, this mineral can become waste, but it should not goes to Indian companies, since she is funded by foreign companies. This is her fault, not others.

Is there any restriction in India, that only one person in a family, has to do the particular kind of business? Whether brothers in the family, is not allowed to carry out the business of same kind? Does she ready to write about Ambani brother or Maran brothers? What is the fault in this? It is a fact that, 200 criminal cases and 150 civil cases were registered against him. It is because, strong knowledge criminals like her were appointed by his competitors who is having strong political power and having partner of an Ex-Central Minister.  Why she not reply for my previous posts. Does she ready to swear refuting my reply?

Will it permitted to make a criminal conspiracy against some businessman and publish the same with ill motive and can she claim that, she is protected under the category of journalist. Is it correct?

What is the fault in Mr. Vaikundarajan's words indicating that, he had tried to purchase lime stone bearing land with higher cost? Mr. Vaikundarajan not cheating like some persons. Not threatening. He not pretending that, he is getting threatened and posted those comments through others. In such a way, some persons are ultimately achieving their goals, towards the kickbacks they received.

Suppose, if Mr. Vaikundarajan, might have made agreement with Delta Forecast Company with monthly kickbacks, Mrs. Sandhya might not have written this Article. That company is run by her husband? Or not? Whether Mrs. Sandhya had dialogue with the son of Mr. Vaikundarajan, through that Company? Is it not a type of modern robbery? The truthful persons, whoever supporting Mrs. Sandhya's article, just reply for this.

Mrs. Sandhya published that, Mr. Vaikundarajan informed in the interview that, he has obtained Environmental clearance by paying 60%. Whether Mrs. Sandhya ready to make promise on her child or her father for the above matter. For preparation of Environmental Report the consultant demanded Rs. 25 lakhs to 30 lakhs per report. Hence, Mr. Vaikundarajan told that he has appointed, full time Doctorate candidate who is specialist in Environment, to meet the requirement towards Preparation of more nos. of Environmental Reports. Whether, Mrs. Sandhya can promise that this writing is not made to facilitate false witness for Dhaya Devadoss's appeal pending before the division bench. Let this be confirmed from her by the truthful supporters.

What is the fault in going to court and winning the cases, against Mining Department towards payment of Rs. 15 crores. Mr. Vaikundarajan is not ready to bend before Mrs. Sandhya, who made, honourable threat to Mr. Vaikundarajan.

The objective of Mrs. Sandhya, is that the minerals can get wasted. Even if the minerals are earning revenue to the Government, that should not be get benefited for Mr. Vaikundarajan. Whether this objective is having public benefit. For Sandhya's article, one friend from Bengaluru made comment, that he is aware of Illegal Mining happening in Tamil Nadu. Surely that person may be the member of the robbery gang. Dear brother, I am asking her to publish the proof or evidences. Whereas, in fact she is dancing according to the music played by one Retd. DGP colluded with VV competitors. You please ask Sandhya, whether she is ready to swear on her child refuting my allegations posted against her.

Some illiterate lower case people are involved in robbery by using knife and weapons. Whereas, literate higher case persons such as Mrs. Sandhya and the gang are involved in robbery, by making honourable threats with Press release & Investigations. Friends,  I have sought for evidences only. You people don't get tensed. Convey to Mrs. Sandhya to publish the evidences. Otherwise let her swear that, she has not seen anything, as I mentioned in my posts.  

Mrs.Sandhya has mentioned in the article, that she had interviewed Mr. Danushkodi Adithan. Why she has not disclosed, any details about Mr. Prabeer Banarjee and Daniel. This is like the chameleon is the witness for the hedge. Let Mrs. Sandhya publish those details. Then all the truth will come out and by which we can prove with evidences that they are also member of the Sandhya gang.

It is true that Mr. Vaikudarajan will argue for 51% truth. What is the fault in it? Mrs. Sandhya has published that, Mr. Victor Rajamanickam has denied the allegations against him. Whether she has not seen the documents, which were obtained under RTI Act.? Whether Mrs. Sandhaya is ready to swear that she has not seen those documents? Since  Victor Rajamanickam is also a member of the gang, Mrs. Sandhya wants to protect him, by writing appraisal words.

        

Mrs. Sandya has mentioned in her article that, Mr. Vaikundarajan, will interrupt by putting cases. Let Mrs. Sandhya, list the persons against whom cases were made by Mr. Vaikundarajan except the Sandhya gang.  But cases against Mr. Vaikundarajan were made, with the background of literate criminals such as Mrs. Sandhya. But no cases were booked by Mr. Vaikundarajan. If you attack a bandicoot,  if there is no way to escape, that will react and bounce against the attacker. Similarly, if Mrs. Sandhya wants to interrupt (only for the kickbacks that she received) Mr. Vaikundarajan, who is doing honest business, will certainly react. What is the fault in it? In my previous postings, I have mentioned about Mr. Gagandeep Singh Bedi. Mrs. Sandhya had seen, all the related documents during January, 2015.  If she is denying that, whether she is ready to swear on her child?

Mrs. Sandhya is saying that only Dhaya Devadoss is following to fight against VV.  Its true. Literate criminals like Mrs. Sandhya are colluding with Dhaya Devadoss and planning for crooked ideas. Whereas, Vaikundarajan is remaining and living honestly.

Whether quarrel will not happen in the family? That is the news for publishing. Helping the friends is another news.

Mrs. Sandhya published about initial period of Mr. Vaikundarajan. Mrs. Sandhya, very well she can publish about her initial period. Many people used to talk about her link with great political leader and his son, and matter will continue like this. Can she publish those details?

It is very easy to say that Mrs. Sandhya, is benami for a particular person and the same can be easily published also. Whether Mrs. Sandhya and her husband, is not holding any shares in any of the company.?  Can Sandhya deny this? Whether the supporting geek is not having shares in any companies?. Whether, holding shares in the companies is an offence or collusion? Whether showing affection to the employees is offence?

Mrs. Sandhya just vomited the article towards the kickbacks that received. Also, to enhance the viewers of your magazine, Mr. Vaikundarajan's photos were used in different poses. Instead, Mrs. Sandhya should have published the photos of the owner of the magazine in different poses (or) the photos of the members of her family in different poses.

Once again, I challenge. Whether Mrs. Sandhya is ready to make swear on her child or her father, in the temple and in the presence of supporting persons. If she swear, I am ready to seek apology without any conditions and ready to give apology letter for publishing in the wire. Otherwise Mr. Vaikundarajan and Mr. Venkatesh are ready to swear in the presence of all persons, who are all supporting to Mrs. Sandhya. Whether Mrs. Sandhya is ready for this challenge?
