Can she deny any one of the facts given in the blog? If yes, is she ready to swear on a public place? For money and motive, she should not write false articles with baseless allegations. Now we have to think about the Wire. Part of the funds they received from Independent and Public Spirited Media Foundation. It is reflected in Wire. Now there is a question. Whether these all are bonafide transactions or the funds were routed in the Hawala type such as payment to media and get back a portion to avoid Income Tax ? This should be enquired by the Government as well as Income Tax department. Hence it is required to publish the details about the funded agency and the amount of fund received and the registration certificate of Income Tax etc., to be published by this media. Then only we can find out whether these transactions are bonafide or not?

Yes. She has written the story on behalf of rivals of V.V.Mineral, simply for the money and the motive she has against VVM.  One more information, she is very close to one Retd. DGP, who is also operating her to target Mr.S.Vaikundarajan and V.V.Mineral. The above details will be published very shortly.

She has spoken about Jallikattu on a public domain and social media, it is quite natural that that was a sensitive issue few weeks back and the entire world was supporting it.  Everyone saw the fundamental Tamil youths went a step head to target anyone opposing Jallikattu.  Just because someone criticised her on her views opposing Jallikattu, she is conveniently passing on the blame to VVM as well.  This is purely to gather sympathy among fellow crowd and to portray a negative image on VVM.   She is quite aware VVM has always taken the legal route for any issue.   How unethical she behaves?

She has told Nuclear weapon, monazite, One lakh crore etc., Can she ready to prove it?  Can she provide a slender piece of evidence to support this fancy story?

In fact, there is no possibility for export of monazite either legally or illegally. This has been confirmed by Department of Atomic Energy and Chairman of Atomic Energy Regulatory Board and she herself, saw all the documents during January 2015. But with ulterior motive, she has published the above said news. So when the affected party take legal action. Finally she will simply publish that “The error regretted”.

Is this fair journalism?  Is she a fair journalist.? If its not done for money, then what else do we believe? She mentioned about a raid and transfer of Tuticorin Collector. In fact, when transfer order issued Sandhya’s gang member Ashish kumar created a forgery document in the name of raid and prepare a letter to Chief Secretary and hand over the colour Xerox copy or original to his college gang member Sandhya which was published her on 27.1.2017. In fact, based on the complaint and after enquiry, Ashish Kumar was prosecuted.  It is mentioned in my previous posts. Ashish Kumar prepared one inspection report and get signature from subordinate officers which is given below.

        “As per Statement given by the petitioners, who are local residents, this illegal mining activity has been carried out by VV Mineral limited.”

        Only based on the above wordings, Ashish Kumar created the D.O. letter and hand over it to Sandhya. It is pertinent to point out here that, within four kilometer radius, there is no habitation or village. Moreover no petitioner has made complaint against either VV Mineral or other party. Hence VV Mineral approached under RTI to furnish the details about who were enquired, the name details and the statements etc., Since this was a created one, no one was ready to give it. Finally the case was reached Information Commission. When Information Commissioner enquired, the PIO admitted that, at the time of inspection, no enquiry made. By recording the same, the information commission directed to furnish details to the petitioner Mr.S.Vaikundarajan. That is why Sandhya’s Gang Member Ashish Kumar was prosecuted. To protect her gang member, she create story that, for send report Ashish Kumar was transferred. This is a tactic. She is a very good director to create a fantasy thriller story. 

In her Article on 30.1.17, she mentioned that, Mr.S.Vaikundarajan is a nice and polite man and she praised his character also in some way. Whereas, on 31.1.17, due to the pressure from her boss, she told that, the village people warned her “Be careful” and when she entered VV Mineral mining area, five people rush in car. Whether she get any permission to enter in the mine? Is it not a trespass? Whether the employees who are In charge for the mine should not ask her about her illegal trespassing? Even then also, she was not attacked or abused. Can any person enter her house without her permission claiming that some antisocial activities are planned by her? Is it permissible?

It is pertinent to note that she has not uttered a single word about FIR or complaint against in Ashish Kumar letter.  After all her objective is simply to support Daya Devadass, and create problems to his competitors. 

Again she speaks about the visit of Mr.S.Vaikundarajan’s brother house, cleverly this was also used against Mr.S.Vaikundarajan. Again and again, she refer as illegal mining. Where is that? What is the total quantity VV Mineral mined and paid royalty to government? What is the total quantity VV Mineral sold and exported? Where is the figure and proof. Merely writing by Sandhya after getting money is enough?

As told that, she is fit to create mythical story, she has claimed that four people surrounded the car.  But she didn’t say if they used any abusing words or attacked the car?  How wonderful her imagination works, this way she can claim even by-passers or common public or any employees walking near the road can be claimed they surrounded the car.  This again proves her ulterior motive.

Again she wrote about the 02.02.2015 story prepared for Dhayadevadas and finally publish clarification that,

“The story was based on a PIL filed by Victor Rajamanikkam  that had come up for hearing on Madras High Court and the figure of corruption of 1 lakh Crore was based on it and not independently verified us …..The error regretted”.

When she gets high remuneration to prepare the story, definitely the risk also high.  She get higher remuneration and she negotiate and collect by expecting the legal action also. So it is her duty to face the legal action.

Why don’t she reveal that, the MoEF officials report was handed over to her by her gang head Dhayadevadas by getting under RTI Act.

Now she again explain her husband’s connection with News 7 Channel.  But she slightly modified that, other people approach her husband. If she publish the e-mail of her husband, the truth will come out.  Let her to publish the e-mail as published Vaikundarjan’s mail (Her published Vaikundarajan mail also establish the nexus between Dhayadevadas and Sandhya)

She told that there is no enemity or revenge.  Then what prevents her for not publishing the real facts and clarifications given by Mr.S.Vaikundarajan and the documents given by him. Why she  project the story only against Mr.S.Vaikundarajan?  

When IRE Ltd is having 3274 Hect mining lease in India and VV Mineral and Transworld having  only 365 Hect leases area and her boss Dhayadevadas company Indian Garnet Sand company having 399 Hect and Trimax having 720 Hect mining lease area, who is monopoly? Does it not reflect the hidden intensions of Sandhya?

She mentioned that by referring her in the government report  she was personally attacked. Will it not applicable to Mr.S.Vaikundarajan?  Will he not be targeted after this false story? In fact that is the whole point for her. 

Now the cat is finally out of the bag. She admitted that, during January 2015, she contacted Vaikundarajan for a response to the allegation. Accordingly, Mr.S.Vaikundarajan gave a detailed reply and the interview went on very smoothly. Let her produce the questions and reply between them which she sent by mail. Let her reproduce the mail which questions she asked with him and what reply received from him? This will establish her motive and enemity.

She mentioned Mr.S.Vaikundarajan’s mail to her during August 2016. The following words in his mail alone will establish that Sandhya is a paid news reporter.

        “In the previous occasion also you an asked some clarification from me, which were answered and we showed you all the documents and handed over copy of all the relevant documents. But the article did not cover any of our explanation, it was purely biased and one sided and focused only on a bogus PIL. The clarification asked by you and replies given by me are not reflected in any your previous article, even though you recorded the whole audio. All this only makes me believe you may be biased and are supporting our competitors Mr.Dhayadevadas and Victor Rajamanikkam”.

        Will it not establish her character that she will create story as one sided even other party gave any reply.?

        In this four part also, she did not refer any clarification given by Mr.S.Vaikundarajan which she got even January 2015 from him. Will it not establish that, she is a paid reporter.?

Now again I challenge.

Is Sandhya ready to swear on her father or on her child that the above mentioned documents and explanations were not seen by Sandhya and her husband in their office in the presence of Mr.Vaikundarajan and Venkatesh during January 2015?  Is  Sandhya ready to swear that, she do not know about the above said facts and she did not collect copies from Mr.S.Vaikundarajan?.

Is it right to publish one sided stories without getting the other parties reply?

Even reply send by mail by the association people, it is not published. Will it not established that, this press also part and partial of the gang and to usurp the public fund from various forums, this type of one sided stories are published.  Is it not the duty of every citizen to enquire about the media and the funding agency who supply the fund and the background about them? Whether the fund supplied after payment of proper Income Tax or supplied to escape from the Income Tax.

Dear all, those who praise Sandhya, please ask her to swear in your presence denying all my above clarification. Please ask wire also to publish the funds received from various funding agencies.

Also please ask government agencies to enquire and to ensure whether the funding agencies supply the fund after payment of Income Tax or they use it as Hawala route and thereby create negative opinion against Indian industries to help foreign companies. Is it not necessary that a CBI enquiry is mandatory to find out the amount involved in the transaction of Independent and Public Spirited Media Foundation and Wire and Sandhya and other peoples.

Fact about fake news Sandhya's Article on 30.01.2017 in Wire

On 29.01.2017, I have replied for the article published by Mrs. Sandhya in Tamil. Paid News Reporter Mrs. Sandhya never hesitate to throw shit on others, towards the kickbacks that she received. On 30.01.2017, Mrs. Sandhya published one more Irony article.

In this article Mrs. Sandhya coated sweet over the poison i.e., in the initial paragraphs of the article, she speaks about the Characteristics of Mr. S. Vaikundarajan. That too, she speaks about all good characters of Mr. Vaikundarajan. In the article she was mentioning, how Mr. Vaikundarajan changed the policy, through Mr. Appu Nadesan, MLA,. What is wrong?  Because of his efforts in Policy change, we earned few thousand crores of rupees, as revenue to our country by way of foreign exchange, in addition to generation of employment for few thousand peoples, otherwise, those minerals would have been wasted & may be revenue to other countries. On Sandhya's point of view, this mineral can become waste, but it should not goes to Indian companies, since she is funded by foreign companies. This is her fault, not others.

Is there any restriction in India, that only one person in a family, has to do the particular kind of business? Whether brothers in the family, is not allowed to carry out the business of same kind? Does she ready to write about Ambani brother or Maran brothers? What is the fault in this? It is a fact that, 200 criminal cases and 150 civil cases were registered against him. It is because, strong knowledge criminals like her were appointed by his competitors who is having strong political power and having partner of an Ex-Central Minister.  Why she not reply for my previous posts. Does she ready to swear refuting my reply?

Will it permitted to make a criminal conspiracy against some businessman and publish the same with ill motive and can she claim that, she is protected under the category of journalist. Is it correct?

Just for publishing Mr.S.Vaikundarajan photo and increase the viewers Mrs. Sandhya is writing about Eating cake, Meeting others. Whether she is journalist or modern prostitute? There is no difference between yellow press and the magazine which published the article.

What is the fault in Mr. Vaikundarajan's words indicating that, he had tried to purchase lime stone bearing land with higher cost? Mr. Vaikundarajan not cheating like some persons. Not threatening. He not pretending that, he is getting threatened and posted those comments through others. In such a way, some persons are ultimately achieving their goals, towards the kickbacks they received.

Suppose, if Mr. Vaikundarajan, might have made agreement with Delta Forecast Company with monthly kickbacks, Mrs. Sandhya might not have written this Article. That company is run by her husband? Or not? Whether Mrs. Sandhya had dialogue with the son of Mr. Vaikundarajan, through that Company? Is it not a type of modern robbery? The truthful persons, whoever supporting Mrs. Sandhya's article, just reply for this.

Mrs. Sandhya published that, Mr. Vaikundarajan informed in the interview that, he has obtained Environmental clearance by paying 60%. Whether Mrs. Sandhya ready to make promise on her child or her father for the above matter. For preparation of Environmental Report the consultant demanded Rs. 25 lakhs to 30 lakhs per report. Hence, Mr. Vaikundarajan told that he has appointed, full time Doctorate candidate who is specialist in Environment, to meet the requirement towards Preparation of more nos. of Environmental Reports. Whether, Mrs. Sandhya can promise that this writing is not made to facilitate false witness for Dhaya Devadoss's appeal pending before the division bench. Let this be confirmed from her by the truthful supporters.

What is the fault in going to court and winning the cases, against Mining Department towards payment of Rs. 15 crores. Mr. Vaikundarajan is not ready to bend before Mrs. Sandhya, who made, honourable threat to Mr. Vaikundarajan.

The objective of Mrs. Sandhya, is that the minerals can get wasted. Even if the minerals are earning revenue to the Government, that should not be get benefited for Mr. Vaikundarajan. Whether this objective is having public benefit. For Sandhya's article, one friend from Bengaluru made comment, that he is aware of Illegal Mining happening in Tamil Nadu. Surely that person may be the member of the robbery gang. Dear brother, I am asking her to publish the proof or evidences. Whereas, in fact she is dancing according to the music played by one Retd. DGP colluded with VV competitors. You please ask Sandhya, whether she is ready to swear on her child refuting my allegations posted against her.

Some illiterate lower case people are involved in robbery by using knife and weapons. Whereas, literate higher case persons such as Mrs. Sandhya and the gang are involved in robbery, by making honourable threats with Press release & Investigations. Friends,  I have sought for evidences only. You people don't get tensed. Convey to Mrs. Sandhya to publish the evidences. Otherwise let her swear that, she has not seen anything, as I mentioned in my posts.  

Mrs.Sandhya has mentioned in the article, that she had interviewed Mr. Danushkodi Adithan. Why she has not disclosed, any details about Mr. Prabeer Banarjee and Daniel. This is like the chameleon is the witness for the hedge. Let Mrs. Sandhya publish those details. Then all the truth will come out and by which we can prove with evidences that they are also member of the Sandhya gang.

It is true that Mr. Vaikudarajan will argue for 51% truth. What is the fault in it? Mrs. Sandhya has published that, Mr. Victor Rajamanickam has denied the allegations against him. Whether she has not seen the documents, which were obtained under RTI Act.? Whether Mrs. Sandhaya is ready to swear that she has not seen those documents? Since  Victor Rajamanickam is also a member of the gang, Mrs. Sandhya wants to protect him, by writing appraisal words.

        

Mrs. Sandya has mentioned in her article that, Mr. Vaikundarajan, will interrupt by putting cases. Let Mrs. Sandhya, list the persons against whom cases were made by Mr. Vaikundarajan except the Sandhya gang.  But cases against Mr. Vaikundarajan were made, with the background of literate criminals such as Mrs. Sandhya. But no cases were booked by Mr. Vaikundarajan. If you attack a bandicoot,  if there is no way to escape, that will react and bounce against the attacker. Similarly, if Mrs. Sandhya wants to interrupt (only for the kickbacks that she received) Mr. Vaikundarajan, who is doing honest business, will certainly react. What is the fault in it? In my previous postings, I have mentioned about Mr. Gagandeep Singh Bedi. Mrs. Sandhya had seen, all the related documents during January, 2015.  If she is denying that, whether she is ready to swear on her child?

Mrs. Sandhya is saying that only Dhaya Devadoss is following to fight against VV.  Its true. Literate criminals like Mrs. Sandhya are colluding with Dhaya Devadoss and planning for crooked ideas. Whereas, Vaikundarajan is remaining and living honestly.

Whether quarrel will not happen in the family? That is the news for publishing. Helping the friends is another news.

Mrs. Sandhya published about initial period of Mr. Vaikundarajan. Mrs. Sandhya, very well she can publish about her initial period. Many people used to talk about her link with great political leader and his son, and matter will continue like this. Can she publish those details?

It is very easy to say that Mrs. Sandhya, is benami for a particular person and the same can be easily published also. Whether Mrs. Sandhya and her husband, is not holding any shares in any of the company.?  Can Sandhya deny this? Whether the supporting geek is not having shares in any companies?. Whether, holding shares in the companies is an offence or collusion? Whether showing affection to the employees is offence?

Mrs. Sandhya just vomited the article towards the kickbacks that received. Also, to enhance the viewers of your magazine, Mr. Vaikundarajan's photos were used in different poses. Instead, Mrs. Sandhya should have published the photos of the owner of the magazine in different poses (or) the photos of the members of her family in different poses.

Once again, I challenge. Whether Mrs. Sandhya is ready to make swear on her child or her father, in the temple and in the presence of supporting persons. If she swear, I am ready to seek apology without any conditions and ready to give apology letter for publishing in the wire. Otherwise Mr. Vaikundarajan and Mr. Venkatesh are ready to swear in the presence of all persons, who are all supporting to Mrs. Sandhya. Whether Mrs. Sandhya is ready for this challenge?

Paid News Sandhya Ravi Shankar article on 29.1.2017 is false (Part -2)

Already I give reply to paid news Sandhya’s false news published on 29.1.2017 in Wire Magazine with documentary evidence and proof of documents also by Tamil which is available in http://vetri3337.blogspot.in/2017/01/2912017.html . Already I have mentioned that, I will translate and post the other part in soon. Accordingly the other part for the Tamil posting is translated and given below. In this also, I have clearly mentioned the truth with documentary evidences. I did not mention without evidence and all the evidences are referred and all the documents were perused by Sandhya during January 2015. But with ulterior motive, since she has to fulfill the commitment to her boss, she did not mention nothing about the same. On 29.01.2017 article, she mention two persons namely Banerjee and Daniel as, a very big expert and voluntary organization.  If the website address, email, name and address, and educational qualifications   of the said Banerjee and Daniel with their organization name, then we can find out that, this two gentleman also a gang member of this Sandhya Gang Just like an old lady gang member coming in “Oomai Vizikal” cinema.  That is why, she did not mention the above said details.

Doesn’t a fair journalist give that information? At least hereafter give the details. So that, all will know about them. She mentioned that the license from the Department of Atomic Energy was given in 2001 and in 2002 some part of land was cancelled.  It is true. What is the violation of law there? Why she did not mention that?  This proves that she is vomiting for the money received. Isn’t it?  What is the connection between this and the Jeyalalitha regime?

What is the connection between the cancelling of the illegal order of the Central Government by the High Court and the period of Ruling of Jayalalitha? Why she is making knots to knee and the shaved head? If she would have written above your article that, “I am vomiting for the money I have received”, then nobody would have criticized her.

It is mentioned about the Gagandeep Singh Bedi Collector order in 2002. While he was the Sub Collector in Cheran Mahadevi during 1996, there was enmity and revenge for him and criminal case and complaint in Human Rights Commission were filed and after the interference of the Superintendent of Police the matter was arrived compromise. Subsequently when he became the Collector of Kanyakumari District, keeping the enmity in mind, he refused to recommend issuing license to the patta land of V.V. Mineral Company. After obtaining the order from High Court, he recommended with the motive to dismiss it. The Commissioner informed the Tamil Nadu  Government that his report is illegal and the same was informed by the Tamil Nadu Government to the Central Government and after the prior approval of the Central Government, and based on the High Court order, the license were issued. Are she ready sewere that all the above mentioned items are not seen by her in January 2015?

Here, where lies the illegality? Where lays the Ruling of Jayalalitha? What is the difference between throwing the feaces and publishing Sandhya’s article? When one portion of the patta land has gone inside the sea, how there will be coastal Poramboke land?  If it is so, how they make people fools. What is the connection between taking sand from the coastal region and the safety of Hill areas?  Without any connection the coastal regions were also announced as Hill areas. What is the connection between V.V. Minerals and the recommending to alter the HACA area before the Proposal of the V.V. Mineral are reaching?  Even then, V.V. Minerals have obtained the license after getting the permission from the HACA and from Ministry of Environment and Forest. What is the role of Ruling of Jayalalitha in this?

Again the Lizard of the Fencing, Environmental Activist mentioned by them is coming to the picture. Let the details of him, So that, we can collect the details of how much money he has looted from the Government under the guise of project as done by Victor Rajamanikam. Does she ready to give their educational qualification, Website address, etc., If it is published, then it will come to know that he is also a gang member of this Sandhya.

In the young age those who want to stay away from going to school, will not say that he is having fever, he will say that he is having stomach ache or head ache. Sandhya was also following the same procedure and are telling that sea erosion. In fact the sea erosion and the coastal destruction are not in any part of the area in which the lease is given to V.V. Minerals.  Why because it has obtained the permission from MoEF under CRZ Notification and are following the conditions strictly. Rather, the sea erosion is there in the area where the Indian Rare Earth is functioning which is functioning without CRZ clearance. Further the sea erosion is the issue all over the world. There are sea erosions in Ennore, Thalankuppam, Pondicherry, Nagapattinam, and in all over the world. She is writing a subject which does not have any connection, in order to make the courts turn against VV Mineral, as spitting the poison for the money received. What is the difference between to mercenary force who murder for money and Sandhya who write false news for money?

Please ask Sandhya to publish the details of about Daniel and Banerji. Once the details are published, then it will be proved that they are also a member of the mercenary force like her. Normally most of the persons those who claim as Environmental Volunteers usually release these types of news  and will get bribe money (mamool) from the concerned Company. As far as we know there is no such Environmental Organization. Hence, in order to prove that Daniel and Banerji are bonafied environmentalist, doesn’t she publish the details? When we particularly ask about the same, and inform by twitter to her, what prevent her to publish the same?

Since Dhanushkodi Adithan Company is the competitor Company to the V.V. Minerals Company, they have given a petition against V.V. Minerals by obtaining signature from 20 MPs.  In the said petition they have mentioned an allegation that V.V.  Minerals have taken possession illegally of a mining lease to Daya Devadas. The petition came to the State Government for Enquiry. It happened during the period of Ruling by DMK having coalition with the congress party of Dhanushkodi Adithan. Under the circumstance that the High Court after examining the above allegation and has dismissed the same, the State Government gave reply that the State Government is not intending to interfere in this issue, since already it has been decided by the Honourable High Court.  This is the truth and not others. The above  said Copies and reply were given to Sandhya in January 2015 itself.  Does Sandhya ready to swear to refuse the same?

Again they obtained the signature from the MLAs and MPs and gave the complaint. The State Government appointed the Officers of other District to conduct 100% inspection and verification of documents.  Then the State Govt., reported to the Central Government that the Complaint is not a true one and these complaints are written due to business motive.  Since Congress was power in Central, Dhanushkodi Adithan approached and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and obtained the order to inspect again the same area along with Central Govt., department officials. Accordingly two Central Govt., department and one State Govt., department jointly inspected again all the areas and also verified the documents from the Port Trust and from the Customs Department etc.,  and reported to the Prime Minister through the Minister of Mines that there is no truth in the Complaint given by Daya Devadas Gang. The said file is still with the Ministry of Mines of  Government of India. Here where does the ruling of Jayalalitlha play the role? Instead, Sandhya is vomiting for the money received by her. Is Sandhya is ready to promise that she did not see the copy of the above report and the copy of the File during January 2015? Is it not duty of those who praise her to ask about this.?

She should have recorded the opinion of Prabir Banerjee who is the Lizard who says witness for Fencing, after giving his full details, with educational qualification, and the website address etc., if she refer his opinion it may be fair. Otherwise, how it is fair.?  Prabir Banerjee who is the Lizard who says witness for Fencing has not read the report of Tamil Nadu Government issued in 2004. Sandhya who has obtained copy of it from Vaikundarajan in person in January 2015 has also not shown to him, and has not opened her mouth also about it. Is it not a conspiracy? Whether is it correct to appreciate as a talented journalist? Then what is the wrong to refer Sandhya as Small Phoolan Devi? The said report is there in the website address at:

DMK Regime 2006-2011

Since the Government was that of the coalition of DMK and Congress parties, Dhaya Devadas through his partner Dhanushkodi Adithan did some activities by forcing the DMK Government against V.V. Minerals. The said responsibility was given to the then Chief Secretary Tripathi. Conveniently the TATA Steels which lost its case against V.V.Minerals in Supreme Court also joined against V.V.Mineral. We have heard in the Puranas that since no place was given to Thrisanku Maharaja in paradise, St. Viswamithra created a separate paradise for him. Similarly, for the only reason that Vaikundarajan should be troubled, IAS was conferred to Jothi Nirmala, who is in the 13^th place, by expelling 12 Senior District Revenue officers above her, and appointed her as the collector in Kanyakumari, and registered some criminal cases in Kanyakumari and some other places and then searched who is the enemy of V.V. Minerals in police Department and appointed him as the DIG in Tirunelveli and gave trouble. It is pertinent to point out here that, without any charges, pending against them, 12 DROs were over looked to give a particular officer IAS. The Government of Tamilnadu, Public (Special –A) Department Letter No. 1359/2008-1 dated 10.5.2008 mentioned that “there is no charges against the above said 12 senior officers who avoided the seniority for IAS”. Can Sandhya promise that she has not seen all above during January 2015?

Not only this. Mr. Jawahar Chandrasekar, the District Revenue officer who filed case for bypassing their Seniority for IAS was arrested by the Vigilance Department. Now tell me, who does the Government support, whether it supported the Looting gang in where Sandhya is a member or whether it supported Vaikundarjan? All the above happened on the back force of Daya Devadas, the Boss of Sandhya. Does she ready to swear that she did not see the letter?

Again in order to give trouble, they made inspection of the entire  mining lease areas and the Factories by the Department Heads of Pollution Control Board, Environmental Department, Geology and Mines Department and obtained a report. But while the said inspection was conducted, VV Minerals Company recorded the entire Inspection through a Video recording by the cameramen of a private TV channel.  Therefore those officers were pushed to a situation to give a factual report that there is no violation on V.V. Minerals and all the faults are with other Companies only. The said report is with Daya Devadas itself is there. He also have obtained the said report under the Right to information Act. Is Sandhya Ready to  obtain the said report and publish it?

What is the connection between Vaikundarajan and the sand dune in Kuttam village were no mining lease to Vaikundarajan? It is a vomiting for the money received nothing other than that.  

Since they could not succeed their attempt in the inspection of the HOD’s, the Chief Secretary entrusted the work to the Joint Director of Geology and Mining, Mr.Bhaskar (I will mention about him in the next paragraph) that something has to be done against V.V. Accordingly Mr. Bhaskar invite all the three districts Assistant Director to Chennai and he himself prepare an inspection report as done by the Assistant Directors and prepare a show cause notice to VV Mineral pointing out certain violations and asked them to send it through the District Collector.

The then District Collector told that he will not sign in that report unless he personally carryout the field inspection and find out the violations because he told that, V.V. Minerals will not make any violations. Immediately the Deputy Director replied that the Joint Director Bhaskar prepared this report from the office of the Director, and this report was prepared as per the direction of the Chief Secretary and it is asked to obtain signature from Collector and to send. So the Collector said to make endorse this fact in the office notes and place it for signature. Accordingly the truth was mentioned in the office notes and then it was signed and it is the truth that the report was sent on the provocation of Daya Devadas, the Boss of Sandhya.

Immediately a case was filed before the Court in Tirunelveli by V.V. Minerals, stating  that, a false notice is issued with ulterior motive, so an advocate Commissioner to be appointed for re inspection with the same officer who already submit inspection report with a request that, the above inspection should be video graphed. The advocate commissioner inspected the field along with the same Assistant Director and recorded in Video and also submitted the report in the court that there is no fault on VV Mineral. Then immediately the concerned Assistant Director got transfer and went. The next Assistant Director who came in that post again inspected the field and found that there is no fault on VV Mineral and the reply given by VV Mineral is correct and submit his report to the District Collector. Accordingly the District Collector drop the violation notice.  The copies of the above note files were obtained by Daya Devadas, the Boss of Sandhya also under Right to information Act. Let Sandhya read the office note and shall publish to the public or can be seen on obtaining it under the Right to Information Act. Doesn’t it prove it that the position of journalist has scooped down to the level that supporting one side in a business competition and is writing against the truth by doing conspiracy? Where there is no answer in this?  Does Sandhya ready swear on this?

An allegation is told that Ramesh sold Ilmenite. In fact prior to 2005 anybody can sell Ilmenite by paying Royalty. This was given in the Mineral Concession Rules itself. After that only it was told to get separate permission. Hence there is no violation. The word play used against Ramesh cannot even played against V.V. Mineral even for joke. Banerjee who is the member in this loot gang, on what basis did he gave the opinion?

Specialty of this Sandhya Gang:

1. Without the license fee, the mining  lease cannot be given. The mining lease should be granted as per the act in force at the time of grant - This is the judgment issued by the Supreme Court in various cases. This can also be seen in the decision of the case Hind Stone Vs. State of Tamil Nadu . But, 5 mining leases were given to Mr. Daya Devadas in Tirchy District without mining lease application fee, and Income Tax clearance certificate. If the above GOs are read, then it will be understood. Since Mr. Bhaskar, who was the Assistant Director during that period, has allowed the leasse by suppressing the violation and also for preparing the violation report against V.V. Minerals and sending it in 2007, even after his retirement he has joined this plundering Gang and is obtaining salary till now. If asked he says that he is working in Dayadevadas Indian Garnet Sand Company. What is his role in the illegal mining for 39 lakhs ton in Trichy? Now tell, in who’s favour the Govt., is?

2. Sandhya has written praising on 2.2.2015 about his Fellow Gang Force member Victor Raja Manickam, that he is a great Geologist. And there is none other than like him. But Victor Raja Manickam has taken up various forms saying that “I am a Tamil medicine Expert, I am doing research in it, so give me money”, in another form that “I am doing Research that  how much Human Resources are required for Bihar State and so please give money for that”, in another Form saying that “he is doing Research how to prevent from coming of Tsunami , and he needed money for that”, and in another form that “he is doing the survey about the reserve of the coastal Minerals and he needs money for that” and in that way he exploited the money of the India Government. Since his younger brother Samathanam was working in the Science and Technology Department it became easy for them to exploit the Government. The Daya Devadas gang is also in connivance for this act. Can Sandhya promise that she has not seen those documents in 2015?

That is why, Victor Rajamanikkam was telling witness for him. If the details of Banerjee and Daniel are published  then we will put those unpleasant secrets on the track.

Regime of Jayalalitha 2011-2016

Sandhya has shown her Loyalty by saying only that action has been taken on Daya Devadas for illegal mining and has suppressed that Daya Devadas has done mining of Rs.39 lakhs ton of minerals and that he has done illegal mining by breaking the shore of irrigation dam and public road and that he has threatened the officers who went to inspect the place. Long live Sandhya for her sincerity to Dayadevadas! The illegal mining of 39 Lakhs ton minerals and violation can be read in goo.gl/LL70 B2. In this way for the action taken 4 years back also no money was collected by the Government. Without putting security from the Revenue Department or from Police Department or from any other government agency for the 14 Lakhs Ton of minerals seized,  the govt., has kept the entire 14 lakhs ton of minerals under Daya Devadas custody and the key was given to the thief itself. Now tell me. To whom does the Government Support and with whom has she joined?

This looting gang has expanded their territory. In that way they took a Retd., IAS officer who was working in the office of Chief Minister. He advised that, if Dhayadevadas makes any news to come in the paper, he will convinced the Chief Minister and obtained order against VV Mineral. Accordingly, a letter addressed to  the Chief Secretary was obtained from the transferred Collector Ashish Kumar, who belongs to this looting group (the said letter only was published by Sandhya on 28.1.2017) and was published in the News papers as he told. As promised, he obtained the Government order appointing Gagandeep Singh Bedi who is against V.V. Minerals for conducting Inspection. Then the report will come as they think. V.V. Minerals needed an inspection without the interference of the politicians. Hence V.V. filed case in the Court to issue direction to appoint a retired High Court or Supreme Court judge belonging to a different State. What is wrong in it? How the report of Gagan Deep Singh Bedi will be fair when he has personal enemity with VV Mineral? Since the said case is pending in the Court, I am not commenting on that.  Does Sandhya ready to swear that, she did not see the Human Right Commission order and other enemity related papers of Bedi during January 2015? Is it fair to hide the papers she has read and take copies?

It is also mentioned that the mining plans are prepared fraudulently along with the 75 to 78 percentage of replenishing Minerals. This is also mentioned by Sandhya with ulterior motive. The first Mining Plan of Mr.Dhayadevadas, the gang leader for his mining lease in Appanallur, Poolancheri in Tiruchy District was prepared by Victor Raja Manickkam, who is the Godfather of Sandhya who is also the member of the looting gang, and the Indian Government gave approval as per Indian Bureau of Mines TN/TCR/MP/GNT/1428-Mds dated 27.5.2002. In that mining  plan it was mentioned that “it will contain the reserve of 1,13,306 ton of the Raw sand consisting of 30 percent of Garnet and 20,395 ton of saleable Garnet can be mined”. Dhaya Devadas also has certified that the said plan is prepared on his full consent and knowledge.

What is to be highlighted in this is that Sandhya who thinks to use all the weapons like Nuclear Mines, Nuclear Power, Uranium, Thorium against V.V. , has read the following sentences mentioned in the above mentioned Mining Plan in January 2015. It is:

“The alluvial Garnet Sand applied by the company being a heavy Mineral Concentrate, is like to contain schedule (radioactive) minerals like Ilmenite, Monazite etc., Therefore the Company has obtained the AMD of the Department of Atomic Energy , Government of India for a NOC for mining the Garnet from the applied area.”

Where is the Uranium and Thorium which came from the above Monazite? Did Dayadevadas hand over it to the Government? Whether he exported stealthily? Whether this also reached the Anti Social Elements? What is the reason to Sandhya for not opening her mouth about this, when she read the above wordings in the Xerox copy of the mining plan during January 2015? Is she a fair journalist?  Don’t the educated people having social thought want to ask the question to Sandhya? Does Sandhya ready to swear that she did not see the mining plan?

Again one more mining plan was submitted by a retired officer by name, Munaf for the same mining  lease area.  This time,  the quantity of Garnet availing as replenishable is raised to 446764 ton. The approval number of that Mining plan is TN/TCR/MP/GNT/1686-Mds dated 28.11.2008. This also seen by Sandhya during 2015.  If it is told that it is fraudulent for 78 percent Replenishable then what is the name for 400 percent replenishable obtained by her Boss Dayadevadas. She saw both in January 2015. But why she did not open her  mouth about this? What prevent her to write about this 400% replinishable when she discussed about 78% of others?  Is it not proving her hidden agenda? Are you ready to swear  by denying this?

After mentioning the beach minerals in Kuttam, she is  mentioning Vaikundarajan. Since there is no allegation on Vaikundarajan, she is speaking something. Is this the ethics of Journalism? Now again the Lizard came as the witness to Fencing. In fact the license to V.V. Minerals was issued after the Central Government officers came and inspected that there is no sand dune to a distance of 500 meters and has also obtained the certificate from the authorities and after that only the license was issued. Sandhya who have seen all the above and was satisfied in January 2015, did not reveal the above facts. Is it the Ethics of Journalism? It did not prove Sandhya’s hidden agenda? Does Sandya ready swear by denying that she did not see the documents?

Which case was confused in which court? In fact this argument is created on the advice of a Judge in order to prejudice the Judiciary against V.V. Mineral. As there are fake addresses in the Face Book to scold other persons, Sandhya is mentioning the name of two persons in fake as Danial and Banerji. Why she is refusing to give the details about them? Is it a fair journalism?  Is it not duty of people who appreciate her article to insist her to give the details about this two persons?

After getting replinishable approval to Dhayadevadas mines, Dayadevadas want to cancel all other lessees approval. So that, he can become monopoly in this industry. With that hidden agenda, Daya Devadas obtained an order from Mrs. Santhasheela Nair while she was the Secretary to Ministry of Mines, who is so close to Daya Devadas to appoint a committee to study the replinshable and such other matters. A committee was also appointed. The head of that Committee was Nagar, who is the close friend of Daya Devadas. But contrary to his expectation, the Nagar Committee gave a report that Replenishable will be there and that there are chances of 100 percent Replenishable for 200 days in a year and that it is not illegal to take Replenishable and that it cannot be accurately calculated the amount of Replenishable. The state of Daya Devadas was like scorpion bit the thief. The report of the Nagar Committee formed as per the Government of India Mining Department Letter No. 16/90/2007/M-VI dated 8.1.10  was also read by Sandhya in January 2015. But with ulterior motive, she has not mentioned, about the mining plan approved to Dayadevadas with 400% and the Nager Committee report. Is it a fair journalism?  Or is the ethics of journalist? I leave this to the decision of those who praised her.

New Atomic Mineral Concession Rule:

Daya Devadas who is moving the dice using the force of his partner being the Congress former Minister in each level, made to extension one Mr.Parihar, a retired officer in the post of Director of Atomic Mineral Division for additional two years. The condition for that is, that no permission should be given to V.V. Mr.Parihar was also following the condition very perfectly. Hence these Atomic Mineral Rules were formed through him with the intention that it will destroy this V.V. But this will destroy the entire beach mineral Industry in India and the growth of India. I did not like to say further opinion on that.

Again she says , some opinion told by Lawyer Sriram Panchu. But she purposefully dropped that the said Sriram Panchu is appearing against V.V. Minerals in 10 cases between Indian Rare Earths Limited and V.V. Minerals. Is this the honest writing? Dear Honest people, is in this way is your honesty also?

It is told that he said that it should not be given to private sector like Kerala. But the Honourable Supreme Court has  issued order to Kerala Govt., to give license to private sector  and it was published in all the Newspapers including Economic Times in which the husband of Sandhya is working. Sandhya may not be finding time to read Newspapers.

It is mentioned that Vaikundarajan has told that there is no clarity in the Atomic Mineral Concession Rules. It is true. Nothing is there to deny it.

Sandhya is very carefully moving the dice to give this industry to Adani in monopoly along with Indian Rare Earths Limited. Is Sandhya ready to deny all the explanation given above?

Is Sandhya ready to swear on her father or on her child that the above mentioned documents and explanations were not seen by Sandhya and her husband in their office in the presence of Mr.Vaikundarajan and Venkatesh during January 2015?  Does Sandhya ready to swear that, she do not know about the above said facts and she did not collect copies from Mr.S.Vaikundarajan including Court judgments.  

Is writing by suppression the truth called the Ethics of Journalism?

The righteous persons who praised, you please read all the above and please visit the links and read it and then give your opinion.

What evidence has she given except copy of her gang member Ashiskumar letter for which he has already prosecuted and copy of one memo filed by the affected person during 1996?

 If it is righteous persons then it would have been written that the report of the officer who has enmity should not be accepted, is it not? At least hereafter you please write.

If what is stated above is not true ask Sandhya to swear either on her father or her child in a temple in your presence and myself and Mr.Vaikundarajan also will come along with Venkatesh. Please insist Sandhya to swear on this.

If  she refused to swear, let her to come along with you to a temple choose by you who praised her, and Mr.Vaikundarajan will swear on this. Does Sandhya ready to accept the challenge? Not only Vaikundarajan swear. We have collected some other evidences against Sandhya to establish the nexus between Dayadevdas gang and the Retired DGP.  After  that, we will release.
